Despite the suddenness of awakening in a different reality, with no memories whatsoever as to what his "Dream" life had been, he had surprisingly acted rather calm about his situation. What had most bothered him when he woke up in Mardek was when he saw what the System had called his "bed", which was a capsule with wires attached to it that were recording what happened in his mind. Vaguely, he recalled the comfort of beds, but only barely.

Everything was different, it was like teaching a toddler what two plus two equaled. The date was even recorded differently, with 1000 days making up a year and 50 days equaling each month, making a total of 20 month in a year. When writing the date, first came the year, then month number, then the day in total. Such as in the Ninth Month, the day numbers would be between 450 - 500; it would not restart back to one.

Everyone in this realm had been kind, with no wrath hidden within any of their hearts. It was like a perfect society, being "Reborn" at the age of Twenty-One had seemed normal to everyone. With no other memories besides what he was being taught now, he went along with it. They had wired him, downloading all knowledge he needed to know into him. It was as though he was a robot, yet he still held the structure of a human. He still had blood, needed food, a heart, air, bones, nothing was different than normal humans.

Only one thing. They could never sleep.

No one needed sleep in this realm, and could never feel tired. Any time David would sit and relax, about to drift off into the land of "Dream"s, something would happen where he would snap back to "Reality". In time, he too noticed this, and became curious as to why.

David was always the curious one, as well as calm in almost any situation. Despite his calm nature, sarcasm typically would lace his tone. With that, he was also very stubborn.

When he was able to sleep for at least three minutes, he regained fragments of his "Dream", and was startled awake by not Lucia - the girl who had been taking care of him since he had Awaken - but by what he had saw. The stream of light coming at him, with the screeches of the tires skidding on the ground, attempting to stop, only to collide with his body and toss him away, ending him.

He remembered how he had Died before.

He enlisted himself as a Savern, a job where people are allowed to sleep, but are monitored in the sleep and are transferred to people's "Dream"s and when it was their time to Awaken and go to Caira, they were the ones to kill them.

The difference with Caira and Mardek are quite different. Caira was where people who were supposed to die at the time given go, while as Mardek is where people who were supposed to still be sleeping go.

As a Savern, he analyzes the Dreaming realm, and tries to discover why they were not supposed to remember anything of their time when asleep.

The gaunt feline walked threw the city streets. Many humans screamed and ran in terror from the large beast. His human smile and bony cat form was to much for many humans to even handle. He hopped onto a bench where a man had passed out in front of him. The sight of such a weird creature was bound to have effects like such. Cheshire didn't care.
((just gonna.....drop this here for ya X3))

tigre walked down the streets, noticing the other and smirked lightly, sensing the boy's aura "hallo~"
He blinked, turning his head to the other and rose an eyebrow. Stuffing his hands into his pockets, he replied, "Hey; there somethin' you need?"
tigre smiled, almost wickedly, "your aura is odd~"
